Terms of Service
Through the following Terms of Service, we establish a secure professional relationship, where we manage the expectations of both parts. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Content
- All commissions and prices offered are based on my own art style;
- I will not copy anything, nor will I emulate another artist's style;
- I will not make changes to pre-existing images or use AI-generated images;
- The commissions cannot contain anything that discriminates against people based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, origin or ethnic and cultural traits;
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission that I am not comfortable creating.
Alterations
- Detailed draft and/or base colors will be submitted for comments (feedback), I will contact you and any requests for alterations you wish to make should be made at this first stage;
- After this first stage of creation any alteration requested will be subject to approval and also EXTRA CHARGE defined by me;
- After the art is finalized, there can be no request for changes, please do not insist.
Deadlines and Delivery
- Commissioned artwork can take 2-3 weeks to be complete after payment.;
- Complexity and waiting list can lead to longer deadlines for finalization and delivery.
- You will be notified of any possible delay;
- The stipulated period refers to the creation time and does not include the customer's response time for feedback and alterations, this time period it's the responsibility of the customer and may result in extra time needed for delivery;
- If you need a short delivery time and still want to commission an art piece, keep in mind that there may be an EXTRA CHARGE due to the need for urgency.
- - The artwork will be delivered via hosting link or email for download in PNG and JPEG files in the agreed size and resolution (if the contractor requires a specific file type, they must specify it previously);
Art Usage
- Personal commissions are for PERSONAL USE only and may NOT be used for commercial purposes;
- You are NOT authorized to use my artwork for any profit or promotion/advertisement of products, companies, public persons, etc., (For these purposes a COMMERCIAL LICENSE will be required) except when previously agreed.;
- You are NOT legally allowed to claim that you created my art;
- I retain ALL rights to my art.
- The price and authorization for a COMMERCIAL LICENSE will depend on the type and scale of production, area and marketing;
Payment
- At the moment PayPal and PIX are the only payment methods available for commissions,
All international payments (from outside Brazilian territory) must be made through PayPal for the security of both the artist and the contractor;
- DO NOT SEND payment before your commission is APPROVED;
- After approval, commissions must be paid in advance to be added to the list of commissions to start being created;
- Extra alterations must also be paid after my approval and before being executed.
Reimbursement
- Commissions are NOT refundable;
- At any time, I reserve the right to cancel your commission. In this case, you will receive a refund of up to 90% of the amount paid depending on the stage of the process.
- In the event that your order is canceled by me, the stage of the creation process will determine the percentage of the amount you will receive back. (This will only happen in the event of an emergency that prevents me from completing the work);
- If the order is canceled by you after it has been paid and initiated, there will be no refund.
